Some customers are reporting no service after a local power cut. We are investigating.

Resolved for most customers.

We've rebooted the router at the local tower and the internet appears to be working for customers again now. If not, we suggest you power off your equipment for a few minutes and then power it back on. If that doesn't work, please contact our helpdesk.
