We're investigating an outage to our Minden-based Rural Wireless services. Because it appears to be an equipment failure, we're unlikely to be restoring service tonight due to daytime access requirements. Next update will be by 12pm Saturday 9th October.

Cable has tested good, unfortunately uplink hardware still not powering up. Likely a hardware replacement will be required and this won’t be achieved until Monday as our vendor will need to get a replacement to us.
We appear to be dealing with a faulty cable at our uplink at Tauranga CBD. Will attempt a minor repair in order to avoid a time consuming cable re-run. No ETA on restoration time yet sorry, next update before 4pm.
