Western Bay Of Plenty District Crawford Road Wireless Fault

We're investigating a fault at the Crawford Road repeater. A technician has been dispatched, we'll update this page again once we have an update.

  • ...

  • Service restored. If you're still having problems, please power off & power on both your modem & rooftop antenna power supply. We're still having equipment issues at this repeater related to the thunderstorm damage on Saturday, so have further work to do before it's back to normal operation.

  • South Waikato District Waotu / Wiltsdown wireless services

Services are offline due to a suspected Chorus fibre cut. A job has been raised with Chorus and any updates from Chorus will also be updated here.

  • Service restored.

  • We’ve been advised repair is only a couple of hours away so rather than put a temporary link in (which would result in slow service for an extended period of time), we’ll wait for the fibre to be repaired instead to restore service.

  • Technicians have advised that fibre cable damage has been located at 103 Arapuni St, Putaruru and the cable has cut by roading contractors while installing Armco barriers. No current ETA to fix. Full Flavour is working to move customers onto a backup wireless link and expect to have service operating by 6pm.

  • Chorus has advised fibre cut restoration is unlikely to be completed before tomorrow, so we have dispatched a technician to Waotu to switch customers over to a backup connection. The estimated time to restore service is by 5 pm.
