    Copper Broadband Rural DSL Maintenance

    We're performing maintenance on our Rural DSL service. Customers may experience an outage that we expect is up to 15 minutes. We'll post updates on progress below.

  • Service has been restored. If you're still having problems, try powering off your modem at the wall for 15 minutes, then power back on again. If this doesn't work, please give our helpdesk a call on 07 579 9999.

  • We have about 50 customers unable to connect. Work is underway to resolve the problem and we're expecting to have services restored by 3pm.

  • Some customers remain unable to connect. We're investigating.

  • Work is still in progress.

  • If you're without service, do not reset your modem. Wait 15 minutes, then try powering your modem off and on from the wall.
