If a fault isn't reported on this page, call 07 579 9999 or email support@fullflavour.nz Degraded performance - fibre cut

We’ve experienced a fibre cut between Tauranga and Auckland, causing degraded speed. Updates to follow.

  • Performance problem has been mitigated with additional backup capacity gone live tonight (Tuesday 16 May).

  • Unfortunately, Vodafone have missed the ETA they provided us and no new ETA is available yet, except to advise jointing work is underway. Full Flavour still working on standing up additional backup capacity, hoping this will be operating in the next hour.

  • Vodafone has advised the ETA for fixing the fibre fault is 6pm. Full Flavour also has additional work underway at the moment to increase backup capacity.

  • Vodafone techs are still investigating where the fibre cut is and therefore have not got an ETA available yet. In the interim, we are getting more backup capacity added and expect to have service restored to normal tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday 16th May).

  • We are awaiting further details from Vodafone regarding the fibre cut. Due to the cut, we are running on a backup path with reduced capacity.

Heavy Weather Alert Heavy Weather Alert

We're observing rain fade at some of our sites, which will be causing degraded service. Once the thunderstorm passes we expect service to resume normally. We are working on a project, due to be completed by the end of June to upgrade the dishes on our Rotorua service - this will mean less susceptibility to heavy rain in the future.
