Observing a major fault with our Rotorua system. We've got a technician en route to investigate.
Service restored - reset circuit breaker at fibre site. An investigation is ongoing into the root cause, as we're very keen to see this permanently fixed.
Ngakuru / Horohoro / Waikite services are restoring now. Highlands & Tarawera are still work in progress.

We're investigating an outage affecting these areas.
Service restored.
Service is expected to be restored by 1pm. Downer are doing work in the tower cabinet and for health & safety reasons, all equipment was required to be shut down. We weren't notified in advance - we have raised this as an issue with the rural tower operator.
A technician is en route to Ohauiti tower to investigate the fault.
