We are doing maintenance on the Te Kopia Road repeater. Expect to have service back to normal by 5pm.
Work completed.
Technician is enroute to investigate, next update by 6pm.
Service restored. There will be 1-2 small outages on Wednesday when we swap over to some spare parts.
Technician is at repeater now, problem with a circuit breaker has been identified and should be resolved by 7pm.
We’ve experienced a fault overnight with our Rotorua Rural Wireless. A technician will investigate and we expect an update by 8.30am.
Service restored. Incident referred to electrician for further investigation.
