Taupō District Rural wireless Broadlands

We’re investigating a fault at our Kaimanawa tower affecting Broadlands customers.

Service is restored; we have replaced a faulty module. We'll continue to monitor closely.

Unfortunately, it appears we have a site failure, we’re working to restore services this evening.

Rotorua Lakes District Rural Wireless outage Rotorua / Taupo

Unfortunately, Chorus has given us just a few minute's notice of a major outage to services in the Rotorua / Taupo district, which is affecting our rural wireless service in the area.

Chorus advise a fibre cable was damaged today on State Highway 5, affecting some of its services. Unfortunately, in order to repair the fibre cable, they've had to take all services in the area offline, including the Full Flavour ones, to carry out the repair. 10pm remains the ETA for repair.

Chorus advise they have experienced a network fault and are replacing a fibre cable. Chorus has provided an ETA for service restoration of 10pm tonight.
