We're investigating performance issues at this tower. We are observing an intermittent fault and technician is working to find the problem.
Service has remained stable since faulty equipment replaced.
All services should now be restored but we are monitoring closely.
Technician on his way to the tower now with replacement equipment.
Faulty equipment has been identified. Working on organising replacements.
Work continues. We’ve been unable to find the cause of the fault yet, so have begun replacing system components as we try track it down.
We're continuing to work into the evening on this fault; it's a high priority. We appreciate your patience.
We are aware of the major impact this is having on customer service the past 24 hours.
We are carrying out testing to find where the fault lies and once identified will fix the faulty equipment.
At present we are arranging access to the Ohauiti tower for testing.
