Network Fault
We're investigating a major network fault, causing issues across our service.
All services should now be restored. We had a critical piece of equipment fail and our technician had to swap it out for a spare in order to restore service.
Engineering has located the fault and are working on troubleshooting.
Services in the Rotorua south rural area are offline due to equipment failure in Rotorua.

Service self-restored, but we're planning to now proactively replace the equipment that failed earlier to prevent any future disruption.
Technician is getting spare equipment ready and will travel to our Rotorua site this afternoon to replace and restore services. Our ETA for service restoration is 3pm.
