Service outage throughout our Rotorua south area.

Temporary outage at 5:40pm while we restart some of the equipment that was part of last nights fault
Services were restored overnight, however part of the Rotorua wireless network is running at lower speeds than normal due to some wind-damaged equipment. Our techs will be carrying out further remedial work today (Wednesday).
It appears that after some heavy weather passed through Rotorua on Tuesday evening, we lost comms with one of our key Rotorua towers. Our technicians will be responding first thing Wednesday morning to investigate and restore service. Further updates to come on this page.

Network Fault
We're investigating a major network fault, causing issues across our service.
All services should now be restored. We had a critical piece of equipment fail and our technician had to swap it out for a spare in order to restore service.
Engineering has located the fault and are working on troubleshooting.
