South Waikato District Waotu Service Issues

Some customers are reporting no service after a local power cut. We are investigating.

  • Resolved for most customers.

  • We've rebooted the router at the local tower and the internet appears to be working for customers again now. If not, we suggest you power off your equipment for a few minutes and then power it back on. If that doesn't work, please contact our helpdesk.
