We're investigating a cut to fibre services in Rotorua, which is impacting our Rotorua Lakes rural wireless services.
Fibre has been repaired, optical levels back within correct range. All services restored.
Service may be intermittent while repair work continues.

Fibre has been damaged by a digger working near our fibre uplink facility. A Chorus technician is on-site and working on the repair. Current ETA for services to be restored is 2pm.
Our technician is on-site and will provide us an update shortly.

ONE NZ have resolved the fault.
