We’re investigating a fault affecting services.
Service restored.
Service also restored to Paeroa Range tower, but may be intermittent at times while fault work repair work continues. Next update by 3pm.
Confirmed power system failure. Have restored service to Kaimanawa tower, which serves customers in south Reporoa and Broadlands areas. Work still underway to restore service to Paeroa Range tower. Next update by 12pm.
We believe there is a fault with the power system that runs the fibre uplink to our local area towers. We've got a technician enroute to investigate and next update is expected by 10.30am.
There appears to be a fault with the fibre connection that links our two local towers in the area, we've got a contractor en route to do some initial checks so should have an update by 8.30 am.
