Rotorua Lakes District Rural Wireless fault Rotorua / Reporoa / Broadlands

Unison have posted another power outage which is affecting our service in these areas. We are currently operating without battery backup due to equipment failure on Friday morning. Battery backup equipment will be replaced this coming week as soon as spares arrive.

  • Power has restored, observed services restored.

  • Unison power restoration ETA is 6pm.

    Taupō District Wireless Fault - Mapara Road

    Our local Mapara Road repeater has gone offline. A technician will investigate tomorrow (Sunday).

  • Site self recovered. We’ll investigate further.

    • Rotorua Lakes District Wireless Fault Rotorua / Reporoa / Broadlands

    Intermittent service due to Unison power outages at fibre uplink, this is a reoccurring fault that began on Friday. Awaiting Unison power restoration.

  • Services restored as mains power restored.

  • Unison current ETA for power restoration is just after 5pm.

    • Rotorua Lakes District Maintenance - Lake Tarawera

    Service at Lake Tarawera may be intermittent Saturday afternoon while tower repair activities occur.

  • Work complete.
